DZFreelance - Freelancer Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply, without restriction or reservation, to the use of the DZFreelance platform by freelancers and client companies.
DZFreelance is a service dedicated to connecting freelancers and clients in the IT sector in Algeria.
Accessing the platform implies full acceptance of these terms by the user.
Registration on the platform is currently free of charge.
Freelancers must provide accurate, up-to-date and sincere information when creating their account and profile.
DZFreelance reserves the right to validate, suspend or refuse any profile that does not comply with the platform rules.
The platform allows freelancers to present their skills, experience, availability and professional positioning to companies looking for IT talent.
DZFreelance facilitates introductions, but does not act as an employer, staffing company or contractual intermediary between the parties.
Freelancers undertake to present truthful information, respect agreed deadlines and carry out their assignments professionally.
They remain solely responsible for their legal, tax, accounting and administrative obligations in relation to their activity and invoicing.
Payments for services are made directly between the client and the freelancer.
DZFreelance does not intervene in the financial flow and does not collect any commission on payments.
In the event of a reported late payment or unpaid invoice, the platform may perform a friendly follow-up with the client, without becoming a debtor or guarantor of the sums due.
Users acknowledge that they use the platform under their sole responsibility.
DZFreelance cannot be held liable for the quality of a service, for a contractual dispute, or for non-payment between a client and a freelancer.
The platform does not guarantee any minimum volume of assignments or business opportunities.
DZFreelance collects the personal data necessary to operate the service and facilitate introductions between users.
Data is processed only within the scope of the service and is not sold to unauthorized third parties.
Any request relating to access, correction or deletion of data may be sent to contact@dzfreelance.com.
All content available on the site, including texts, visuals, graphics and logos, is protected by the applicable intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Algerian courts.
