DZFreelance - Company Terms of Use
Effective date: 10/06/2025
These terms apply to companies and professional clients using DZFreelance to search for freelancers, publish needs or request introductions.
The platform is dedicated to the Algerian IT market and is designed to simplify connections between companies and independent experts.
DZFreelance provides access to freelancer profiles, allows companies to submit assignments or requirements, and may facilitate initial introductions.
The platform acts as a matching service and does not replace the company’s own responsibility in selecting, validating and managing the chosen freelancer.
Companies undertake to provide accurate information regarding their identity, their needs, the context of the assignment, the expected skills and the working conditions proposed.
They also undertake to respect the commitments made to freelancers, including deadlines, deliverables, payment conditions and the legal framework of the collaboration.
Access to the platform is currently offered free of charge. If paid services are introduced later, the related terms and pricing will be clearly communicated before they become applicable.
Any direct commercial agreement concluded with a freelancer remains under the sole responsibility of the company and the freelancer.
Companies must use the information obtained through the platform strictly within the framework of legitimate recruitment, prospecting or collaboration needs.
Profile data may not be reused, transferred or exploited outside this framework without the consent of the persons concerned.
DZFreelance uses best efforts to ensure the quality of the platform and the relevance of introductions, but does not guarantee a result, a hire or the success of a collaboration.
The platform cannot be held liable for a dispute, a service failure, a cancellation, or a payment issue occurring between a company and a freelancer.
All elements of the site, including texts, visuals, graphics and logos, remain protected by intellectual property law and may not be reused without prior authorization.
These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Algerian courts.
For any question, request or complaint, companies may contact contact@dzfreelance.com.
