For information only: no penalties or ranking impact. This is not a guarantee of reliability.
Interactions tracked on DZfreelance, not a skills assessment. Companies: application follow-up. Candidates: replies to availability requests. Positive and negative replies both count; the two groups are not directly comparable.
This percentage summarizes observable interactions over the last 90 days. It appears discreetly under Loyalty and badges on freelancer profiles and on company job offers. When there is not enough data, no indicator is shown; this does not mean low engagement. It is separate from loyalty points. Calculation details and event history are restricted to the administration.
Speed: replies within 2 business days (Sunday–Thursday, Algiers time; public holidays not excluded). Follow-up: distinct days with updates, capped at a target of 1 to 4 days based on weeks with a request. Only requests past their due date enter the rates.
For companies, the clock starts when an application is received and made available in the company account, not when its notification email is sent. It stops at the first acceptance or rejection confirmed in the company account or in the confirmation form opened from the email. Clicking an email link alone is not a reply. The 2-business-day threshold still applies to the response-speed component, weighted at 25%. Precise durations, response channels and response statistics are restricted to administrators and are separate from the public percentage. For older records that only tracked an email being sent, receipt time is unknown and no precise duration is reconstructed.
Phone calls and emails outside the platform are not measured. Login counts and time spent earn no points. Unobservable or excluded requests are not treated as silence.
A score requires at least 3 requests past their due date and 14 observation days. A history of 3 or 4 requests remains limited. Tracking begins when installed, without reconstructing past activity.
